Our Story

As the only girl, a core memory from my childhood was being given my own room. What stayed with me most wasn’t the room itself, but the feeling of being trusted to choose how it looked. Even something as small as deciding between a brown or marble vinyl–wrapped wardrobe and vanity felt meaningful. I chose the marble.

My creative control was limited, but every small choice felt like autonomy — a step toward becoming myself. Curating my space, even in modest ways, brought me joy and a sense of ownership over where I was in life.

Today, I’m able to curate a home for my family. These decisions still carry that same sense of intention and gratitude — each one reflecting the season of life I’m in and how far I’ve come.

Purposely Cozy was created from that feeling. A belief that everyone deserves a home that reflects growth, care, and becoming. It’s not always found in the big things, but in essentials that reflect where you are in life and gently remind you to appreciate how far you’ve come.
